Rice Noodles

A basic skill, this cooking method makes failure-proof, non-sticking noodles.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cup water
  • ½ Package (14 oz o 16 oz) rice noodles

Preparation:

  1. In a large pan, bring water to a boil over high heat
  2. Add noodles and return water to the boiling point
  3. Reduce heat to medium and cook noodles uncovered for 4 to 5 minutes till soft
  4. Drain pan and rinse noodles in cold water immediately, serve

Serves 4
